Hello everyone! Happy summer!!! It has been a while since I've last "blogged" on here. I hope you are all well and enjoying the sunshine, wherever you may be! :) Last month, I had the pleasure to photograph a wonderful couple, Matt and Lauren. A couple of years ago, I had met them at Figure Skating in Harlem(figureskatinginharlem.org), a not-for-profit organization where they had both worked as skating instructors for a season. College sweethearts, the two are now engaged and plan to marry this summer in London and have a reception in Massachusetts come October.
We had done some professional studio shots for their announcement, but we also had a little fun in our next session where we mixed it up a bit and went for a Mad Men/50's theme. All in all, it was great fun and watching the couple look at one another while we were shooting showed they compliment each other well and are always full of laughter and affection. They are a beautiful, loving couple.
I look forward to the reception, where I can capture some images of the bride and groom to be!!! Congratulations to you both, I wish you a lifetime of happiness!!!
