My monthly roundup of beauty favorites is now live on the blog! We have an assortment of skincare and makeup products, old and new, that I’m so excited to share with you guys! I love each and every one of these items as if they were my firstborn child (okay… pushing it there a bit LOL) but really, they’re just that good. I’ve discovered a K-beauty brand that has my all-time favorite cleansing balm that smells out of this world and is affordable; a super luxe creme that will probably have your eyes rolling (and not in a good way) but is sooooo completely worth its price; multi-faceted palette that makes for a blush, lip/eye tint; a men’s soap that I’ve been obsessed with its scent since I was a little girl, and the only perfume I’ve been wearing these days is done by the Italians… it’s all going down here on M +S! LANCÔME ABSOLUE WHITE AURA

There are other scents from the collection, but this one, by far, is my favorite. Everything about this bottle screams decadence, and Bvlgari is just that. Phew! To be quite honest, I've been so busy I didn't think this beauty post would go up today but I burned the midnight oil because I was too excited to share my January beauty favorites with you guys! There's a ton of skincare going on here today because let's 'face' it (ha ha ha sometimes I think I'm 'p'unny) the harsh winter months wreak havoc on to our skin. I've got all sorts of goodies to keep your skin hydrated and glowing, on top of a really cool eyeshadow palette that's a bit of a Troublemaker, an amazing new nail polish where I also found my perfect nude shade color, and a body oil that's the best I've ever had. 1. KAT BURKI VITAMIN C NOURISHING CLEANSING BALM

Repairs, renews and illuminates skin using a reparative combination of 15% STAY C (Vitamin C), Camu Camu berry, Gotu Kola and seven reparative Cold Processed Oils: Coconut, Sunflower, Jojoba, Rose Hip Seed, Olive, Avocado and Cranberry Seed. Helps repair the signs of aging, increases skin plumpness, prevents dryness, brightens skin, retains moisture, cleanses skin and removes stubborn makeup/mascara. Some of you may have seen a mini-episode of me using this cleansing balm on Insta-Stories and it took makeup off when I thought I had a thoroughly clean face! This is after washing with a different cleanser. I'm thinking of sharing it on my Highlights on Instagram. What do you guys think? Yay or nay? 

2. KAT BURKI PH & ENZYME ESSENCE

Rarely addressed, our skin is best (and looks best) when its ph (potential hydrogen) level is mid-level to acidic – alkaline ratio, 0 (most acidic) to 14 (most alkaline). The skin’s barrier (acid mantle) is responsible for keeping lipids and moisture locked in as well as protecting against pollutants, toxins, and bacteria. Optimizing the skin’s ph level is an important step towards overall skin health and protection from environmental damage and the aging process.
Kat Burki created a unique complex of ph balancing ingredients. Fruit enzymes help to resurface the acid mantle. Once a strong barrier function is achieved, secondary conditions, such as hyperpigmentation and weakened elasticity can be addressed. Healthy acid mantle maintains moisture and keeps skin soft and smooth. Antioxidant dense turmeric strengthens while vitamin C from orange hydrosols, pumpkin seed oil, and papaya support collagen to maintain skin structure and firmness. I use it as a toner after cleansing my face am & pm. I'm not a huge fan of the smell, but after having used it consistently, you get accustomed to it after a while. I find it to be one of the best balancers when it came to skin tone, overall hydration, and bounce. I wish they made one in travel-size!

There's five really beautiful shades of pink that I received from Pixi Beauty, but my favorite lip color and I think the one that suits me best out of them all is the 'Really Rose' shade. But I really, really, love these lipsticks. A LOT.

8. KORRES GREEK YOGHURT UNDER EYE PRIMING MOISTURISER

I always have a hard time finding the right shade with my skin tone but 'Teacher's Pet' is the perfect peach nude! I tried it once and have been using it since I have been getting a ton of compliments on the shade. I love that it lasts longer than normal nail polish and you don't need the typical LED/UV light to dry gel nails. I literally do two coats for full opacity and a top coat and I'm good for about ten days.

10. HERBAL DYNAMICS BEAUTY ROSE WATER CALMING FACE TONER

Soothe and calm skin with rose, green tea, chamomile, and witch hazel. Aloe and hyaluronic acid deliver instant hydration for a fresh, youthful appearance. Rose oil helps improve the effectiveness of beauty and skincare treatments by increasing permeability, making this toner perfect for use prior to serums and moisturizers in your routine. A dual-effect powder highlighter enhanced with light-reflecting pearls for a smooth, buildable glow, it is available in illuminating shades for all skin tones. This ultra-creamy powder highlighter melts into the skin for a brilliant highlight that doesn't cake. I use it every morning and night, but even sometimes just use this one its own when I'm having a makeup-free day. And I simply love its subtle scent!

3. DIOR 'DIORSHOW' BROW STYLER

Expert precision for a tailor-made result, Diorshow Brow Styler by Dior redefines, reshapes and fills out the eyebrow, offering high-definition makeup with a graphic yet natural result. It's been my go-to brow filler nowadays - how chic is the packaging by the way?

4. KIEHL'S POWERFUL STRENGTH LINE-REDUCING CONCENTRATE

A personal favorite of mine since last winter when I first started using the concentrate, it is clinically-demonstrated to improve overall skin texture, tone and radiance while reducing the appearance of lines and wrinkles. I solely apply it only my forehead and right in between my eyebrows where I have a small line formed from squinting too much ha ha! Happy Friday! I've been getting a lot of feedback from my monthly beauty favorites the past few months and I'm so happy to share with you today my September favorites when it comes to skincare and makeup! Beauty products galore, today I'm talking about my everyday perfume as of late, a multi-butter stick that can be used for lips, cheeks and/or eyes that's such a winner, and my favorite lipstick to tell everyone about right now is by NeoEight in collaboration with LIE Collection, and it's a Korean lip gloss with special features you just HAVE to read about! My skin is hydrated all day long and its soft focus blurring effect definitely helps reveal a smoother eye contour. 

2. PETER THOMAS ROTH BLUE MARINE ALGAE INTENSE HYDRATING MASK

This nourishing, refreshing, hydrating gel mask, complete with nutrient-rich glacial lake blue marine algae delivers maximum anti-aging moisture. Energizing Korean Jeju Island tea, Arctic glacial antarcticine creates an eco-bubble barrier to help defend against varying environmental aggressors. It's my favorite mask to use when I'm in need of a quick hydration mask and I don't have a lot of time. I normally do it while I take a shower as it's only about a ten-minute mask. 

3. NAKED® COSMETICS URBAN RUSTIC TRIO PRESSED EYESHADOW PALETTE

If you are a fan of the high-color payoff of our Pigments, you will NOT be disappointed in this new Palette. These highly pigmented pressed eyeshadowshave a soft silky feel, and as with our pigments, a little goes a LONG way. I'm obsessed with the fall-inspired rustic colors and have been using this little palette a lot lately! You can try them separately but I like to combine the colors here and there as well. 

4. LIE X NEOEIGHT N23 RED LIP GLOSS

In collaboration with LIE Collection, a brand I saw at Concept Korea's show during NYFW, I received this amazing lip gloss in their goody bag. What makes this lipstick so unique? First off, I'm a K-Beauty addict and Korean skincare and makeup are first-rate. But it's not just the quality of the gloss or the color or creaminess (which I'm always looking for - hate when lip gloss is sticky) but its applique is insane! It not only has a side mirror, but when you open to apply the lip gloss, an LED light within the bottle turns on, which is the perfect lip gloss to carry while out when it's dark! Perfect for when painting the town red. :) 

5. JIN SOON NAIL POLISH FALL ART NOUVEAU COLLECTION 

I discovered Jin Soon nail polish while covering backstage life for Tibi the past couple of seasons. Also Korean, the Fall Art Nouveau Collections comes in four different colors, Abyss (blue-green), Fable (plum purple), Idyll (red-orange), and Milieu (creamy nude/grey). I love each color and think they complement each other well should you want to do a little more nail art. But regardless, these nail polishes are high-quality and won't chip your nails for over a week! Seriously, the best! 

6. FIRST AID BEAUTY HELLO FAB MANGO BUTTER MULTI STICK ROSE

An all-in-one, cream-to-powder multi-stick that imparts a natural-looking, lit-from-within glow. Which skin type is it good for? It blends seamlessly for a lightweight, second-skin feel and a natural finish—a little goes a long way.  I use it under my eyes as a color corrector and it's my favorite concealer I've discovered in a very long time!

Happy Friday! What's everyone doing for the long weekend? I'm ready for some much need R&R for the next few days, as come Tuesday it's the beginning of a long and crazy week, AKA: Fashion Week. Today's post I'm sharing my latest beauty favorites that I've discovered and have been using for the past month. There's a ton of skin care and makeup products I'm excited to share with you, ranging from Lancôme, Estee Lauder, YSL Beauty and even a new K Beauty line called, Frudia. I found some really amazing lipsticks and face masks along with a brand new liquid foundation I've never tried, but am now officially obsessed with. Come take a look at all these goodies and how these can be incorporated into your beauty regimen! 

1. KIEHL'S CUCUMBER HERBAL CONDITIONING CLEANSER

You think drinking cucumber-infused water is refreshing? How about washing your face with it?! This ultra-gentle, foaming gel-lotion cleanser softly melts away dirt, impurities, and makeup while conditioning even dry, sensitive skin for a fresh-feeling clean that lasts all day. Formulated with whole cucumbers, carefully extracted to preserve the quality and nutrients of the fruit, and plant-based glycerin, this non-drying, non-irritating cleanser maintains skin's moisture leaving it soothed, velvety soft, and comfortably cleansed. My skin type is combination/oily, so I will definitely be using this cleanser to the start to the chillier season... it'll be perfect during winter time!

2. FRUDIA GREEN GRAPE PORE CONTROL SHEET MASK

Looking to get rid of that extra sebum on your face without drying it up? Stop worrying about oily skin and dirty pores. 4. FRUDIA GREEN GRAPE PORE CONTROL TONER

The only kind of toners I ever use are Korean. This pure, refreshing toner made up of 89% green grape extract controls pores with natural grape tannin and helps remove dead skin cells. Panthenol calms agitated skin, while fruits seed oil complex helps to maintain skin clarity. The tannin works with and vitamin E from the green grapes to not only hydrate the skin but keep it smooth and healthy. Soothe and hydrate your irritated skin with this fresh-feeling green grape toner, it smells fantastic too!

5. ORIGINS DR. ANDREW WEIL FOR ORIGINS™ MEGA-MUSHROOM SKIN RELIEF FACE MASK

A non-irritating, redness-reducing facial mask for those rather, extra rough days. The effects of sun, wind, and dehydration can accumulate, and your skin needs extra help to break the cycle. This rich treatment mask with hypsizygus ulmarius, cordyceps, and reishi mushrooms along with ginger, holy basil, and turmeric rushes relief to challenged skin to rapidly soothe signs of compromise. 6. URBAN DECAY ALL NIGHT LIQUID FOUNDATION 7.75

A full-coverage, matte-finish, waterproof foundation that lasts all night. All Nighter Liquid Foundation by Urban Decay provides full coverage with a modern matte finish that never looks overdone. Get all-night wear and a blown-out effect you never thought was possible for a flawless-looking complexion that looks incredible and stays that way. Perfect for all-night affairs, this innovative formula is also comfortable enough to wear every day. While Naked Skin complexion products are semi-matte, All Nighter Liquid Foundation is completely matte and oil-free. Urban Decay loaded this formula with a higher amount of pigment (about three times as much as Naked Skin Liquid Makeup), so a little goes a long way. There's no need to build coverage or apply multiple layers. This waterproof formula diffuses light to blur flaws for beautifully perfected skin, while it mattifies and absorbs oil to reduce the appearance of shine. It's a wonderful foundation for fall. 

7. LANCÔME MATTE SHAKERS HIGH PIGMENT LIQUID LIPSTICKS 186, 270 & 272

A highly pigmented matte liquid lipstick that delivers intense color payoff with a lightweight, second-skin feel. Matte Shaker High Pigment Liquid Lipstick wears comfortably on your lips throughout the day without drying. Its pillow-like cushion applicator allows for precise application without streaking or smudging. And it's formulated with a patented Ultra Thin Film technology and vitamin E, so that lips feel double the thinness of a liquid lipstick and provides comfortable non-drying wear. Its unique cushion sponge allows for maximum absorption of the formula to deliver a precise, soft application onto the lips, and buildable color that dries without smudging or transfer. Just shake it to soak the applicator with formula, and apply the cushion directly onto lips to build the saturated color. Then wait for it to dry down to a lightweight, comfort matte finish. I even love mixing the colors together to blend an entirely different hue as well! Really amazing liquid lipsticks. 

8. YSL BEAUTY SMOKER EYE DUO IN GREEN

A dual-ended eye shadow pen that allows you to shade, line, smudge, and highlight to create easy smoky looks. The eye shadow comes with a creamy texture and water resistant formula. One side of the dual-ended pen has a dark shadow and the other side has a light shadow, so you can use it from day to night. Use the darker color as a base on your eye lid and lower eye lid in one stroke. Use the lighter color as a highlighter on the corner of your eye and at the arch of your eye brow. For a lighter version of the look, start with the light shade as the base on both upper and lower eye lids, then add contrast and structure by applying the darker shade to the outer corner of the eyes. There's an assortment of colors but I loved the green one. You can see it on me in this look here.
