Phew! To be quite honest, I've been so busy I didn't think this beauty post would go up today but I burned the midnight oil because I was too excited to share my January beauty favorites with you guys! There's a ton of skincare going on here today because let's 'face' it (ha ha ha sometimes I think I'm 'p'unny) the harsh winter months wreak havoc on to our skin. I've got all sorts of goodies to keep your skin hydrated and glowing, on top of a really cool eyeshadow palette that's a bit of a Troublemaker, an amazing new nail polish where I also found my perfect nude shade color, and a body oil that's the best I've ever had. 1. KAT BURKI VITAMIN C NOURISHING CLEANSING BALM

Repairs, renews and illuminates skin using a reparative combination of 15% STAY C (Vitamin C), Camu Camu berry, Gotu Kola and seven reparative Cold Processed Oils: Coconut, Sunflower, Jojoba, Rose Hip Seed, Olive, Avocado and Cranberry Seed. Helps repair the signs of aging, increases skin plumpness, prevents dryness, brightens skin, retains moisture, cleanses skin and removes stubborn makeup/mascara. Some of you may have seen a mini-episode of me using this cleansing balm on Insta-Stories and it took makeup off when I thought I had a thoroughly clean face! This is after washing with a different cleanser. I'm thinking of sharing it on my Highlights on Instagram. What do you guys think? Yay or nay? 

2. KAT BURKI PH & ENZYME ESSENCE

Rarely addressed, our skin is best (and looks best) when its ph (potential hydrogen) level is mid-level to acidic – alkaline ratio, 0 (most acidic) to 14 (most alkaline). The skin’s barrier (acid mantle) is responsible for keeping lipids and moisture locked in as well as protecting against pollutants, toxins, and bacteria. Optimizing the skin’s ph level is an important step towards overall skin health and protection from environmental damage and the aging process.
Kat Burki created a unique complex of ph balancing ingredients. Fruit enzymes help to resurface the acid mantle. Once a strong barrier function is achieved, secondary conditions, such as hyperpigmentation and weakened elasticity can be addressed. Healthy acid mantle maintains moisture and keeps skin soft and smooth. Antioxidant dense turmeric strengthens while vitamin C from orange hydrosols, pumpkin seed oil, and papaya support collagen to maintain skin structure and firmness. I use it as a toner after cleansing my face am & pm. I'm not a huge fan of the smell, but after having used it consistently, you get accustomed to it after a while. I find it to be one of the best balancers when it came to skin tone, overall hydration, and bounce. I wish they made one in travel-size!

Extreme longwear, highly pigmented yet comfortable, this rosehip oil infused liquid lipstick quickly sets to a matte veil. In a few strokes your lips are enveloped in full on color that will last all day!PREP - Gently exfoliate lips with a lip scrub to smooth and condition.APPLY - Outline lips with the point of the applicator. Apply a thin layer to clean bare lips, allowing color to set. There's five really beautiful shades of pink that I received from Pixi Beauty, but my favorite lip color and I think the one that suits me best out of them all is the 'Really Rose' shade. But I really, really, love these lipsticks. A LOT.

8. KORRES GREEK YOGHURT UNDER EYE PRIMING MOISTURISER

This advanced nourishing eye cream is formulated with yogurt, a centuries-old Greek skin soothing solution, and myrtle and rhodiola rosea extracts to reduce the appearance of dark circles, fine lines, and puffiness. 9. MADAM GLAM NAIL POLISH GELEMENTARY in 'TEACHER'S PET' 

This gel-like nail polish has the right amount of elegance and it is the perfect shade to lighten up your vibrant personality! Madam Glam has an assortment of colors ranging from bright to more subtle, such as nude shades. I always have a hard time finding the right shade with my skin tone but 'Teacher's Pet' is the perfect peach nude! I tried it once and have been using it since I have been getting a ton of compliments on the shade. I love that it lasts longer than normal nail polish and you don't need the typical LED/UV light to dry gel nails. I literally do two coats for full opacity and a top coat and I'm good for about ten days.

10. HERBAL DYNAMICS BEAUTY ROSE WATER CALMING FACE TONER

Soothe and calm skin with rose, green tea, chamomile, and witch hazel. Aloe and hyaluronic acid deliver instant hydration for a fresh, youthful appearance. Rose oil helps improve the effectiveness of beauty and skincare treatments by increasing permeability, making this toner perfect for use prior to serums and moisturizers in your routine. The smell is intoxicating and I love how relaxing the spray feels to my face, especially on drier winter days. 

11. NEON & CO. BODY OIL

Oil is the answer. A vegan-friendly, super rich, hydrating, and illuminating body oil. The kind you’ll want to bathe in - but who has time for that. Super absorbing, rub it all over. That means everywhere. It should only ever irritate you when it runs out. Let the gentle ingredients like Vitamin E and Jojoba Oil work their magic on your skin. All I have to say about this body oil is that it's my all-time favorite. That is all. :)

This Detoxing Body and Facial scrub is the best! The ingredients are all natural and organic (for example) Kale, Spinach, Spirulina, Cucumber, and so many more. My skin felt so soft and awake after one use. The amount of exfoliation is just the right amount, it didn't irritate or damage my skin. There are traces of spearmint, leaving this cool minty refreshing feeling, perfect for mornings or after a workout. 

5. INTELLIGENT NUTRIENTS RENEWING OIL SERUM

Recovers and revives. Removes the red, relights the brightness, plumps to unline and firm, and makes elasticity bounce back for a what-did-you-do-differently radiance. I recently went to the Intelligent Nutrients NYC Flagship store for a complete, thorough facial. This is where I was introduced to this serum and let me tell you, it's one of the best serums I've tried this year! A definite must-have this winter season.

Give yourself a deep moisturizing experience with this coconut and sandalwood body wash. A liquid highlighter in shimmer tones to brighten the  complexion for a radiant, dewy glow from daylight to sunset. The YSL Glow Shots allow you to choose your highlight intensity. I picked the sunrise color as it is best on deeper skin tones, so it's fun to play around with it for contour and/or highlight depending on the day. This is definitely one of my favorite products from YSL Beauty.

9. TRACIE MARTYN AMIA PURIFYING CLEANSER 

The Tracie Martyn Amla Purifying Cleanser is a potent serum that works to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, leaving the skin free from impurities and imperfections. When I tried this cleanser at the show, I was blown away how purifying my hand look after just one cleanse! And this was just a sample on my hand! Imagine how great it felt to apply on the face! Definitely a top quality facial cleanser!

10. ELIXIR GOLD FOIL MASK

The Elixir golden mask is a unique product, created by the team of professional Korean and American cosmetologist. The mask consists of 100% natural high-quality ingredients. It combines three skin care effects.First, CLEANING. The mask acts deep inside your skin, right where the dirt, oil and makeup are. But won't be anymore! Second, SAUNA EFFECT. Happy Friday! I've been getting a lot of feedback from my monthly beauty favorites the past few months and I'm so happy to share with you today my September favorites when it comes to skincare and makeup! Beauty products galore, today I'm talking about my everyday perfume as of late, a multi-butter stick that can be used for lips, cheeks and/or eyes that's such a winner, and my favorite lipstick to tell everyone about right now is by NeoEight in collaboration with LIE Collection, and it's a Korean lip gloss with special features you just HAVE to read about! Continue reading to find out more, along with how I keep my dark circles in check, what is my current favorite nail polish brand, and other amazing beauty products (+ more) that I've been using for a while now or just recently discovered. 2. PETER THOMAS ROTH BLUE MARINE ALGAE INTENSE HYDRATING MASK

This nourishing, refreshing, hydrating gel mask, complete with nutrient-rich glacial lake blue marine algae delivers maximum anti-aging moisture. Energizing Korean Jeju Island tea, Arctic glacial antarcticine creates an eco-bubble barrier to help defend against varying environmental aggressors. It's my favorite mask to use when I'm in need of a quick hydration mask and I don't have a lot of time. I normally do it while I take a shower as it's only about a ten-minute mask. 

3. NAKED® COSMETICS URBAN RUSTIC TRIO PRESSED EYESHADOW PALETTE

If you are a fan of the high-color payoff of our Pigments, you will NOT be disappointed in this new Palette. These highly pigmented pressed eyeshadowshave a soft silky feel, and as with our pigments, a little goes a LONG way. I'm obsessed with the fall-inspired rustic colors and have been using this little palette a lot lately! You can try them separately but I like to combine the colors here and there as well. 

4. LIE X NEOEIGHT N23 RED LIP GLOSS

In collaboration with LIE Collection, a brand I saw at Concept Korea's show during NYFW, I received this amazing lip gloss in their goody bag. What makes this lipstick so unique? First off, I'm a K-Beauty addict and Korean skincare and makeup are first-rate. But it's not just the quality of the gloss or the color or creaminess (which I'm always looking for - hate when lip gloss is sticky) but its applique is insane! It not only has a side mirror, but when you open to apply the lip gloss, an LED light within the bottle turns on, which is the perfect lip gloss to carry while out when it's dark! Perfect for when painting the town red. :) 

5. JIN SOON NAIL POLISH FALL ART NOUVEAU COLLECTION 

I discovered Jin Soon nail polish while covering backstage life for Tibi the past couple of seasons. Also Korean, the Fall Art Nouveau Collections comes in four different colors, Abyss (blue-green), Fable (plum purple), Idyll (red-orange), and Milieu (creamy nude/grey). I love each color and think they complement each other well should you want to do a little more nail art. But regardless, these nail polishes are high-quality and won't chip your nails for over a week! Seriously, the best!

9. LANCÔME TEINT IDOLE ULTRA WEAR CAMOFLAUGE CONCEALER

It blends seamlessly for a lightweight, second-skin feel and a natural finish—a little goes a long way.  I use it under my eyes as a color corrector and it's my favorite concealer I've discovered in a very long time!
